Overview 

Boyles Solicitors have been a client of Crescendo for nearly 20 years, using the on-premise digital dictation software, DigiScribe-XL. 

Whilst DigiScribe-XL was a significant step forward from tapes at the time, by 2026 the firm needed a solution that better supported modern working — faster, more flexible, and less reliant on internal infrastructure.
