The Quarter Jack Surgery is a large GP practice based in Dorset, United Kingdom with a clinical team of 11 GPs and 15 nurses.

“The migration process was very, very painless, done within an hour.”
Both GPs and secretaries adapted to the new system quickly, with very little training required.
“GPs have found it very easy, very straightforward, with a little bit of getting used to the change in interface. They’ve got used to it really quickly, and it was very quick too. A few of them I did have to train myself, but it was a 5 minute training session and they were away. A lot of them now have installed it on their own devices, on laptops and mobile. So I’ve had very little technical involvement, which is sings praises of how easy it is.”
Administrative staff picked up the platform quickly and are already seeing the benefits in their day-to-day work.
“Our secretaries are wizards on it now. They got to grips with it very quickly, very easily, and they’ve been singing its praises from day one.”
